What does a CoolSculpting treatment feel like? Does it hurt?

During the first few minutes of the treatment, you may feel intense cold in the area being treated as cooling begins. This will go away as the area temporarily becomes numb. Depending on the area being treated, you may also feel some pressure or a “pulling” sensation as suction is applied to the skin. Most patients do not report experiencing any pain and are able to read, watch videos, work on their laptop, or even take a nap during treatment.
